We couldn't resist playing around with the gorgeously creamy fruity profile of our Chuncho White.   We've added lemon oil and popping candy for a really fun bar, surprising and very easy to eat!  Think Lemon Cheesecake, sparklers and crackles, all the good things.

The cocoa butter's creamy, pineapply profile earned itself the World Gold medal in 2019-2020 and we've been using it since just before.  We've sourced an excellent cashew from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki's own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter.
