We add Tenerifian Pink Peppercorn, hand-picked, to our pristine White chocolate, itself an ICA World Silver 2024 - with a score of 90.2 (usually enough for a Gold) at the International Chocolate Awards!
 
The pink peppercorns are really floral with gentle exotic spicy flavour and just a hint of heat.  Really the more of a pepper flavour than a pepper heat.  We pack each bar full of the peppercorns to achieve a satisfying balance.
 
The cocoa butter's creamy, pineapply profile earned itself the World Gold medal in 2019-2020 and we've been using it since just before.  We've sourced an excellent cashew from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki's own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter.
